Once more into the breach dear comics readers
Okay.. I will admit to not having seen or read much Shakespeare but I think I might. I bet there’s an audiobook for “Henry V” at my library.
Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there’s nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour’d rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
That’s heavy stuff and I think I need to take it slow because I want to know what he is deeply trying to say.
That a modest and humble man must imitate the tiger during times of trouble. They must let the rage show in their eyes.
Have I done enough to let my rage show?
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start.
I also want to make sure I catch the fart jokes because you know Shakespeare liked a fart joke.

Thanks for reading this far. Here is a sneak peak at the rough drawings that may make it into future comics.

I like what you did with Dave's Medusa!
