Status Updates:

The weekly updates have been interesting to me. Sometimes they are freeform and random and other times I’m squeezing an orange to get every bit of information I can out of them. Today I’m just here in the deep end of the pool looking for the HaHa’s.

So here’s my current plan…. Maybe it’s a wish list… either way this is what I’m doing.

If you haven’t noticed my 3 times a week updates have started falling into a predictable pattern.

Fridays I post a traditional Madscott 4 panel comic. It’s in as close to the original style and feel of the original comic as I am comfortable putting out into the world. You all are getting the finished digital version but each one starts as a finished pen and ink comic in a sketchbook.

Wednesdays are for weird. I post a comic mostly about aliens. There’s not a lot more to tell about Weird Wednesday. It’s just a fun single panel comic.

Mondays… Then need work. I think I forgot that the plan was to make them more of a newyorker style commentary comic. It’s drifted from that and been more wacky.. I like wacky but I also am trying for a theme here.

So, expect Mondays to be a bit more focused. At least until I get sad or distracted or something and fall off the track.
