Status Updates:
You’ve heard it before. January took 32 years and February took 32 minutes. I don’t like it. I say we make January 28 days just once to see how it feels.
Are we all numb with the rapid fire news cycle yet? I realized today that my news feeds are harder and longer to get through. I mostly follow cartoonists. Unsurprisingly we have things to say. What used to be a couple word posts with a cartoon posted shortly after has become mostly a long string of WTF! or a good old FFS!. You all have my empathy. I’m planning to go sit down by the river and listen to the water burble just to clear the mess out from between my ears.
On that note I did start a “Pen Pal” thing. I have been drawing ink sketches (Pen) to people (Pal) I know on discord. The catch is that I include a sketch card and envelope and ask them to draw back to me. It’s cute and fun and I need to do more of that.

Saturday Comfort Comic
I’m never comfortable with what I see as bullies. I’m not sure there’s more to say on that. Looking around recently I see people cheering on bullies and I’m taking note. It may lead to nothing more than a loss of my respect for people I’ve known for years and who would never have said these things to my face directly.

DIY People
I'm sure there's one out there but if not we need a DIY show that takes broken people out and pairs them with habitat for humanity and by the end of the season you get a new home and better people

What I'm Reading/Doing:
I got distracted and am about 80 pages short of finishing Started Villain. I need more books like this in my life. They are a fluffy treat to read.
