Why are there so many songs about rainbows?
Status Updates:
Today I took my mental temperature and feel like I am coming out of a funk. I’ve been busy and accomplished some things and I am once again behind on comics. I should be ahead because I have 6 comics roughed out. They are sitting on the hard drive staring at me.
Comics have been on the back burner this month while we do house projects. Nothing exciting just the normal things when you have lived somewhere for 22 years. Dryer broke, dishwasher broke, flooring replaced, I need to replace a window… ugh.
Tomorrow I get to hang out with a toddler and a baby. We will probably read comics and watch cartoons. Sounds like a fantastic day.
The Comics:
Let's just sit and refill each other up from the well of hope. I feel like I should try to be saying more. It might be why I like editorial comics. I honestly feel like comics can change people. They have a way of showing you something clearly while allowing you to stand a pace back from it.
Before you accept a mission do your research. Ask questions before you shake hands with a stranger.
Lower your expectations, the end is here and we still need to pay our bills.

What I’m Reading/Doing:
I finished Dungeon Crawler Carl. While I wasn’t planning to get book two I think I will. It’s a nice piece of cake and we’re living in a time where I could use some comfort food.
Speaking of comfort food. I picked up “Double Share” by Nathan Lowell. I have read and listened to his books multiple times and enjoy them every time.
