Status Updates:
I have a few short things on my mind this morning.
First off, I deleted my DeviantArt page yesterday. It may be the first time I’ve deleted a social media page simply because I no longer used it. It was useful at a time when I wanted to sell art prints and socialize with other artists but it just didn’t stay useful. Makes me wonder what other accounts I can just delete.
Valentines day is tomorrow and I am here to suggest that we expand it to also include the things and hobbies that we love. I’m thinking of this as a more cheerful Halloween. Do you love watching re-runs of M.A.S.H.? Dress up as Radar O'reilly and head out for a grape knee high with your sailor moon friends. The other bonus is this would likely make management really weirded out when I show up to the meeting dressed like Snake-Eyes from GI Joe.
Last night we had our Legion meeting and I found the post ledgers from the 1950’s and they’re FULL of town history bits. I’m not sure they are interesting bits yet but I’ll start finding out shortly.
Pizza Day
This was a bonus weekend comic and it was also my birthday. I like to think they created National Pizza Day as a way to celebrate my birthday.
Loyalty
Sorry folks.. not every comic strip is going to be funny. Lately I feel like if I don’t get my frustrations off my chest and onto paper than I am as good as endorsing this madness.
Work Day
This is really why they want you in the office so often. The problem with doing comics a few weeks ahead is that you start to rework the jokes in your head. I like this comic but I think I can make it better. You may see a newer version in the future.
Friday’s Comic Today - Love
Give yourself a hug and go buy yourself candy and a card. Maybe toss in flowers. Say hello to strangers for no reason. Be a better person.

What's Next:
I think I have presidents day off. That just seems weird. The comics next week are more silly than serious. I am making good on my promise to submit comics for publication. I have my first batch of ten comics 90% ready to go and by the next update I hope to have submitted them. I can’t share them but if they get rejected I plan to rework a few and use them on my site. I’m not sure you should wish me luck or hope I get rejected. Either way.. more comics.
What I'm Reading/Doing:
I’m about half way through “Starter Villain” and enjoying it. I have a few audio books in the queue but I’m listening to Onyx Storm. It’s been fun so far. I like the books. They are a fun distraction from everything else.
