I forgot that it's December
Status Updates:
An entire month shouldn’t be able to sneak up on you. It’s literally wearing a bell and has flashing lights.
November is full of a lot of work for me. I am currently involved in some end of year projects that have a Dec. 15th deadline so for me the Holiday season doesn’t really start until the 16th. It’s at that point that I will blindly wander the house looking for easy decorating I can do.
I have been informed that hanging a sword in the living room doesn’t count as holiday decorating.
The Comics:
I’d do a year in review but seriously.. just burn it down and attack 2026.
I have feeling. I try to just pull them out one at a time. Treat them like dirty socks. I’ll wear them but I won’t be happy about the whole thing. I have been known to get full value out of my emotions. It’s usually not a great look.
What I’m Doing:
I’ve been trying to pay attention to what other cartoonists do. I kind of love when there’s just an anthropomorphized shape turned into a person. I keep thinking of these as candy corn people
Here’s one I like a lot and may bring back as a comic later.
